Mykonos is famous for its picturesque alleys, vibrant nightlife, and luxurious hotels. The Bill & Coo Coast Suites is not an exception to the posh Myconian lifestyle, and on our last trip to Mykonos, we stayed 2 nights at this lovely 5-star hotel.
The Bill & Coo Coast Suites is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World and is located in Agios Ioannis, which is about a 10-minute drive from Mykonos Town. In this article, you can read more about my experience and what you can expect as a guest here.
Our Room (Suite with Private Outdoor Pool)
There are five different kinds of suites that you can book at Bill and Coo Coast Suites. We stayed in the suite with a private outdoor pool, which is a 45 square meter suite with a king-size bed, sea view, and private pool & veranda.
The best part of this suite is, of course, the veranda and private pool with sea view. I can’t imagine how you can be more relaxed than here while visiting Mykonos, and the fact that you have room service 24/7 means that you don’t have to leave your suite unless you want to.
On the Veranda, you have two sunbeds as well as a sofa and two chairs and a table. The pool is big enough to go for a swim and the temperature in the water was very pleasant.
The bathroom has two sinks and mirrors, which is nice if you’re a couple and needs to get ready for a night out or in the morning. The toilet is also separated from the shower, which means that you don’t have to wait for the other person to be finished.
The shower was nice since you can choose between a regular shower head and an overhead shower.
Breakfast at Bill & Coo Coast Suites
I really enjoyed the breakfast at Bill and Coo Coast Suites. Their concept is very nice where you order from a menu rather than having a breakfast buffet. You can choose various kinds of foods from a traditional Myconian breakfast to English Breakfast and some healthy options.
You can also choose freshly made tartines, oats, fruit plates, bread and eggs made just how you like them, whether that’s poached, scrambled, omelet or just plain fried or cooked eggs.
My favorite items on their breakfast menu were the Avocado toast with poached eggs and the salmon brioche, but to be fair, everything on their breakfast menu that we had time to taste was delicious, so I doubt that you can go wrong here.
Also, feel free to order as much as you like. For example, you can choose a set menu, and later on or at the same time order some tartines.
And don’t forget to try the freshly made juices. They are delicious and comes in various flavor choices.
The Staff
We were picked up at the port by a driver from the hotel who was very accommodating. When arriving at the hotel, we were greeted with a welcome drink and treat while checking in. After that, I will say that the staff was always ready to assist and friendly.
Everyone working at the bar and restaurant has great service skills and will help you get the most out of your stay. And the manager of the Bill and Coo Coast Suites is also there and spread good vibes to all the guests.
If you need something, you can also enjoy concierge service 24/7, which is great if you have questions or anything that comes to mind.
The General Area and Main Pool
If you don’t choose a suite with a private pool you can enjoy the main hotel pool which is in front of the restaurant and bar with sunbeds and umbrellas. It’s lovely to spend a few hours here while sipping on a cold frappe or freshly made juices or cocktails.
This is the place where you will have breakfast (unless you order breakfast to your room), and this is basically the chill-out area and restaurant/bar of the hotel. It’s very cozy overlooking the general pool.
The Location
The Bill & Coo Coast Suites is located next to the beach in Agios Ioannis, which is situated at the coast, about 10-12 minutes from Mykonos Town by car. Here you will find a small village in the form of Agios Ioannis and the old church with the same name.
From here, you also have a view of the historical island Delios, which you can visit on a day trip. The surrounding area is very relaxing and comes with peace and quiet. You won’t be disturbed by parties or tourists, so it was refreshing to see this small piece of paradise in Mykonos, which can get very crowded during summer time.
But don’t worry if you want to explore Mykonos Town and the beaches, because you should definitely do that too. Just rent your own vehicle or take a taxi or let the hotel arrange everything for you.

For those of you who will be working, updating social media, or just want to stay online and up to date with the world, don’t worry. There is Free Wi-Fi covering the whole property, and it is fast and reliable.

Summary of our stay at Bill & Coo Coast Suites
2 Nights is not a very long time, and we could’ve easily stayed here for 1 week to get renewed energy and just enjoy the beautiful surroundings. But nonetheless, it was indeed relaxing to come here after a 1-month trip around Europe and some Greek islands.
I would say that we had a wonderful 2 nights at Bill & Coo Coast Suites, and if you’re looking for a relaxing trip to Mykonos, away from the crowds, but within proximity to Mykonos Town, I would say definitely book this hotel.
It’s a truly beautiful luxury hotel with friendly staff. If you have the chance, definitely go for the Suite that comes with a private pool. It is totally worth it, and I promise that it will be the best vacation. I would also recommend it for honeymooners visiting Mykonos as you are sure to have a romantic stay here as well.
